Spring Menu Plan for Easter Sunday

 I wanted to share my menu plans for this year’s Easter Sunday Dinner.

This Mediterranean Easter Sunday Dinner Menu is healthy and very delicious! It’s easily made vegan and gluten free to suit your needs. I’ll be serving this mean to about 23 people!

Every year a lot of our family comes to our house for Easter dinner and if the weather is nice we share our meal outside in our front yard where we have a couple of wooden picnic tables and smaller tables for the little ones. I love setting a pretty table and usually spread out pretty table clothes and set our mason jars filled with daffodils from my garden.
