Thai Chili Nuggets {Easy Lunch Box}
This week’s lunch box was all about the ease in easy! Sometimes you really just need {or want} something quick. Like really quick. Like I didn’t have to cook this quick. But, this lunch was delicious!
Easy Lunch Box
I packed this lunch in our set of Easy Lunch Boxes. Each week we take my 13 year old to the ice rink where she skates for some 5 or more hours at a time. And I pack a lunch for everyone who tags along. Usually her sisters come – despite the fact it can be a really long day. Today was no exception.
I love how convenient these lunch boxes are! And I’ve been using them for over a year now and they still look and work great!

This week we I packed food purchased from Earth Fare market – really one of my favorite places to shop. I love Earth Fare! Did you know kids eat free on Thursdays!?!

- Hubert’s Half & Half Raspberry Lemonade Tea
So, while I don’t have a yummy recipe to share with you this week, that’s okay because mom’s every where can use a break from cooking every once in a while. Right? You can still feed your kids {and yourself} delicious food that is healthy too!
