How to Make Buttermilk Ranch Seasoning Mix

  • 1/2 cup powdered buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp chives

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in an air-tight container. Use in place of store-bought ranch seasoning mix in recipes to make dressings, dips, and more.

Overnight Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of steep cut oats
  • 1/3 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 and 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or syrup

Instructions

    1. In a mason jar add in oats and milk, put in microwave for one and a half minutes to soften a bit.
    2. Add in chia and stir together.
    3. Add in honey or syrup, vanilla and peanut butter. Gently mix together.
    4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    5. Add toppings and enjoy!
    6. Makes two servings.
